    Free delivery with La Poste from 139€ purchase with code “STABLOFR”.
    - From 7.80€ (Colissimo) delivery time (to your home) 2-4 working days after shipping.
    “Point relai” delivery on demand.

  • European Union + UK (excluding special territories) :
    10€ discount on Delivengo delivery from 179€ purchase with code “STABLOEUR” (enter the code AFTER you entered your address/country during checkout).
    - Delivengo (La Poste) : From 8.8 €, average delivery time 5-8 working days after shipping depending on the country.
    - DHL Express Worldwide : Express shipping with signature from 23.40€ depending on the country, delivery time 1-2 working days after shipping.

  • Switzerland :
    - Delivengo (La Poste) : From 16.50€, average delivery time 5-8 working days after shipping.
    - DHL Express Worldwide : Express shipping with signature from 28.70€, delivery time 1-2 working days after shipping.

  • World :
    StablO delivers to the following countries for exportation : Australia, Brasil, Canada, Columbia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Iceland, Japan, Jordan, Malaysia, Morocco, New Zealand, Philippines, South Korea, Singapore, Switzerland, UK, USA.

    PLEASE WRITE YOUR ADDRESS IN LATIN ALPHABET so that there is no delivery problem.

    - DHL Express Worldwide : Available for USA, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Japan, Columbia, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, New-Zealand, Philippines. Express shipping from 27.90€, delivery time 2-5 working days depending on the country.

Orders are shipped in a maximum delay of 3 working days.

The indicative deadlines are provided by our carrier. Once the package has been deposited, we have no control over the delivery times of the carrier.

Reminder: for customers outside the EU, the prices of our products are displayed as excluding taxes. Any taxes, beyond our control, may be requested upon receipt of your package by carriers, in accordance with the regulations of your country.

 

Returns

 

Return costs are up to the customer.

You have a period of 14 days after receipt of the parcel to make your return request.
Returned items will be refunded upon receipt of the items in their original packaging, and in their original cosmetic and functional state.

For orders shipped in France, initial shipping costs will be refunded if you return all the items in the order.

For orders shipped in the European Union, and only if you return all the item in the order, the initial shipping costs will be refunded up to the price of the standard delivery solution, on the date of the order (excluding rapid or express solutions).

For orders shipped out of the European Union, initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
🚨PLEASE WARNING, for orders shipped out of the European Union : it is a return of goods into their country of origin, but StablO will have to pay customs VAT anyway for its own goods
Still, please specify that it is a return of goods in your return shipping documents.


Once the items are received by StablO and checked, you will be refunded on the payment method you used for your order, and you will receive a refund confirmation email for the returned items.
Item returned used or faulty will not be refunded.

 

 
 

DHL Express shipping in REMOTE AREAS

Shipping in REMOTE AREAS generate excessive (more than double) and impossible to anticipate delivery costs, that’s why DHL Express shipping in these areas is not possible.

Please check if your zip code is included into the file below (you can use the research function of your computer/tablet/smartphone to find more easily) :

WARNING : If an order is placed with DHL Express shipping despite being in a Remote Area, we’ll send you an email asking if you accept being delivered with standard shipping method (national post services), with a refund of the cost difference between DHL Express and standard shipping.
If you still want to keep DHL Express shipping, we will send you a link to pay the extra cost.
Without any answer by 3 working days, we’ll ship the parcel with standard shipping method and refund the shipping cost difference.
