Customs / Duty fees when shipping outside of the European Union :

I ship all products using DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) as it’s not possible for me to stay updated for customs laws that may or may not exist in your country, so please note that you will be responsible for taxes, duties and/or customs charges asked by your local government and laws.

You can usually refer to your local government’s website for accurate informations.

Please note that if you refuse to pay customs or import duties, the package will be either destroyed by the carrier - and your order may not be refunded -, or sent back to me - and I will refund the order minus original shipping cost and potential shipping cost for the return.

DHL Express Versand in ENTFERNTE GEBIETE

Shipping in REMOTE AREAS generate excessive (more than double) shipping costs that are impossible for me to anticipate without knowing your zip code.

If you think you’re living in a “remote area”, please send me an e-mail first (at contact@stablo.fr) so that I can check on DHL’s website if there is an extra shipping fee from DHL.

You can also check if your zip code is included into the file below (you can use the research function of your computer/tablet/smartphone to find more easily) :

WARNING : If an order is placed with DHL Express shipping despite being in a Remote Area, I’ll send you an email asking for the payment of the extra cost, or if you’re not in the US, if you accept being delivered with standard shipping method (national post services), with a refund of the cost difference between DHL Express and standard shipping.


If you still want to keep DHL Express shipping, I will send you a link to pay the extra cost.

Except for the US, without any answer by 3 working days, I’ll ship the parcel with standard shipping method and refund the shipping cost difference.

Return costs after receiving the order are up to the customer.

You have a period of 14 days after receipt of the parcel to make your return request.
Returned items will be refunded upon receipt of the items in their original packaging, and in their original cosmetic and functional state.

For orders shipped in France, initial shipping costs will be refunded if you return all the items in the order.

Für Bestellungen, die in der Europäischen Union versandt werden, und nur wenn Sie alle Artikel der Bestellung zurücksenden, werden die anfänglichen Versandkosten bis zum Preis der Standardlieferung am Tag der Bestellung zurückerstattet(ausgenommen Schnell- oder Expresslieferungen).

Für Bestellungen, die aus der Europäischen Union versandt werden, werden die anfänglichen Versandkosten nicht zurückerstattet.
🚨Bitte beachten Sie, dass es sich bei Bestellungen, die aus der Europäischen Union versandt werden, um eine Rücksendung von Waren in das Herkunftsland handelt, StablO aber trotzdem die Mehrwertsteuer für seine eigenen Waren zahlen muss

Sobald die Artikel bei StablO eingegangen sind und geprüft wurden, wird Ihnen der Betrag auf die Zahlungsmethode, die Sie für Ihre Bestellung verwendet haben, zurückerstattet und Sie erhalten eine E-Mail zur Bestätigung der Rückerstattung der zurückgegebenen Artikel.
Gebrauchte oder fehlerhafte Artikel werden nicht zurückerstattet.
